I love this truck, I had a list of what I wanted in a truck and this checked every box. I can easily tow my camper, and I have room in the cab for my and my 5 dogs.

Good, dependable transportation at a fairly reasonable price. I only buy Nissan products.

The truck is in really nice shape, and I really like the Daytona blue color it came with. A good price helped my decision. Also some extras on the truck, tow package, strap down mounts in the bed and alloy wheels was a nice addition as was the 6 CD changer. The truck has decent get up and go and drives fairly smooth for a pick-up. It could have had fog lights and running boards which I will have to add. The automatic lights feature would also be nice. I also wonder what some of the extra slots and buttons spaces are for. All in all, nice truck all around. Time will tell.

Great truck so far. Handles really well on the road. Nissan S has no frills. Just a good basic truck. Averaging around 19 mpg.

Great Looking, Powerful, Fun To Drive 4x4 Truck You Can Drive Everyday — I have owned this truck so far for almost three years, as of10/23/2014. I have done all the scheduled maintenance and have not had one issue with the truck. I have never been off road but have been in snow a couple times that it snowed in my area last year and it performed better than any 4x4 I have owned with OEM Nissan wheels and tires. I have had quite a few. Also, I took it once last year to Western MD in the mountains where they had about a foot of snow and was snowing very hard. I felt very confidant and could even stop on an incline going up to the ski cabin without any problems. Never have needed to use 4x4 low. Also, cruses on the highway with the same tires very quietly at 75-80 mph with plenty of passing power. So far I have been impressed with this truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Best all around 4x4 crew cab truck I owned or driven
Powerful engine
6 Speed Manual
Great Reliability
Good Looking

Cons: Fuel Economy is not great but not bad for a powerful 4x4 truck. About 22 mpg highway 16 city mpg.. Average about 18 mpg. For the power this truck puts out it is more than acceptable

Overall:

Solid, Reliable Truck — The Nissan Frontier is a very workman like truck. It has great towing capacity and has a tow rating of 6000 lbs. It's mostly a no frills truck but is rock solid and dependable. The only drawback is that the fuel economy isn't great.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great for people who work outdoors or that live an active life style. Good looking truck and built more solidly than the Toyota Tacoma.

Cons: Gas mileage is only fair.  That's the only negative I have to say about it.

Quiet and smooth ride. Easy transfer from 4x2 to 4x4. No car play but that’s not important to me. It’s comparable to Toyota Tacoma. V6 310HP Read More
