2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe 3.6L Premium RWD Review
says:
I love a GM product - quality engines proven over 30 years. Drove my last one for 15 years, decided it was time for a little luxury. Dont need a family car, so the nonexistant back seat is perfect for me and my pups. This car handles almost as well as my modified Z28 SS packaged Camaro. Of course, it doesnt have that power, but really, who needs to go 150 :D Cockpit fits me like a dream. Would rather have a V8, but this V6 has real pick up and go. The many interior cockpit options took a few minutes to figure out, but were not difficult, like some reviews said. Cadillac ride with the sports handling. Highway mileage - used only 1/4 tank of gas for 200 miles. I like it!

Bold Looks, Great Handling — The car is fun to drive, plenty of power to enjoy and excellent in the corners, very well behaved car. Its a coupe, the back seats are a bit tough to get to but plenty comfortable for the kids. Plenty of cargo space for a car this size.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Love the looks, great handling

Cons: .....

Amazing Just Needs Some Ponies — This car is absolutely beautiful. but its really not useful for more than 2 people. the interior space can ownly comfortably seat 2 those back seats are just for looks. the interior mirrors the exterior for beauty. the power makes you wish you bought a V but the car is gorgeous and drives beautifully

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: very beautiful but for those whom are not obsessed with speed

Cons: needs more power

Great Car All Around... — Can't say enough about this car... love the looks, it handles well and gives a comfortable ride, for AWD, not bad on the gas... And I have to say, being in New England, the winters can be rough and I've owned several SUV's including a Range Rover & Escalades and I have to say that this is one of the best cars in the snow I have owned...

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Looks great inside and out and is a very comfortable ride...

Cons: Really doesn't have one...

I am in love with the Red color. This car seemed to have more wear though, maybe there were more than 1 owner. Maybe new tires would do the trick. All other conveniences was luxury Cadillac .

Handling Ranked 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe 3.6L Performance RWD worse.
"Maybe more than 1 owner, could be the mileage, or tire and front end adjstment,"
Value Ranked 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe 3.6L Performance RWD better.
"Yes, 2011 is a better value, because 2012 has some repairs/maintenance needed; which would cost more than 2011s sale price. 2011 did not sound, drive, nor sound in need, still drives Cadillac-worthy. "

says:
Great looking great driving car. I only drive 2-door cars and luxury performance coupes are getting very hard to find, The V6 was a great surprise and made me feel a lot better about not blowing the money on a CTS-V. This has been a great car to take on long drives, as long as you dont want to carry a lot of stuff with you. The trunk is very small. It wont even hold a set of golf clubs without putting the back seat down. Im 64 and the head room is OK as long as you dont get the sunroof (hard to find). Overall I love driving this car even with its limitations.

Back Seats Ranked 2008 Volkswagen GTI 2.0T 2-Door FWD better.
"Because of the awesome front seat legroom you dont have to have them all the way back in order to be comfortable. This means better legroom for back seat passengers."
Would Buy Ranked 2008 Volkswagen GTI 2.0T 2-Door FWD worse.
"The Cadillac has less road noise than the GTI...and it looks great!"

"Exceleration & handling of CTS Coupe with ease, after test drive I ruled out G37, already liked the style better so test drive was enough to convince me to stay with the CTS."
