When driving the engine shuts off and won't restart. The Brake pedal is locked until I get it jump started. My mechanic tells me the mechanic's are all in good working order ie: battery, alternator, fuel pump, injectors are ok. Further tells me its an electrical issue. What is you recommendation
My Nissan altima 2.5s won't shift with out taking foot off the gas slap shift works fine and it will shift but only at a very high rpm like 6000. It idles fine although it sounds like it may have a mild tensioner tick.

They used car dealership (towed) took back this car without getting the fobs because of delayed paperwork funding issues.They returned the car 7 days later...Now the car does not recognize the fobs I have. The car does not respond to any buttons pressed on the fob. I even put the fob into the fob slot to start the car but it still says no key...what did they do. How did they drive it back?
