2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid FWDReview
I'd Be Happier With The Non-hybrid Altima Coupe With Manual Transmission. — It is hard to be specific because I only drive it periodically. Acceleration is quick when in electric mode and seems to be nearly as responsive when it is not in EV mode. It's a new car so braking is good and handling is nice, a little stiff. I think with all of the hybrid technology this car has some wierd quirks and does wierd things from time to time. Nice looking car inside and out, comfort is acceptable, but I think my Accord has a more comfortable seat. Cheap on gas, nothing has come up yet for repairs since it's new. It is fun to drive. I'd like to have the opportunity to thrash on it a little some time to see how it really performs.
Primary Use: Family transportation
Pros: Stylish, great mpg, performance is acceptable
Cons: Hybrid technology takes up a huge amount of trunk space and has some occational mechanical quirks.
