Fun, Safe, Reliable Car — I found this car to be a machine that is well balanced in every aspect., from power to handling. It is a very unique car being AWD and turbo charged. These are rally inspired cars and it shows on the road. My car has never been tracked just daily driven to and from work.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a fun reliable car. It is also very safe in wet, snow, or icy conditions. It has a good amount of power yet very graceful in corners.

Cons: The only negative is that this vehicle requires premium fuel, even though the cleaner fuel is better for the engine, it is still price 25 cents more than regular unleaded.

Boost: Improving The Quality Of My Life Since 2009 — This is the most fun car I have ever driven. Period. Lots of mods already done with plenty more on the way, but the turbo AWD platform is just such a great starting point. I will buy another Subaru in the future.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Low end torque, handling, AWD capability, THAT SOUND!

Cons: Turning radius, could get better economy

I Absolutely Love This Car. — Stock this vehicle definitely proves itself in the performance category. It's quick to accelerate and fun to drive. Handles well. My car is a 2007 and hasn't needed any repairs yet, though it does have a rattle coming from underneath it, perhaps the heat shield is just coming loose? My WRX is a second generation 'hawkeye' versus the earlier year designs lovingly called 'bugeyes' and 'blobeyes'. I favor mine the most. It's overall looks are very appealing to Subaru lovers. This car is definitely fun to drive and if you were to buy the WRX TR model, the cheapest WRX trim, you are getting the most bang for your buck without going for the more expensive, STI.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: For people who love perfomance and quickness, this car is definitely for them. This isn't the greatest car for gas mileage, so don't expect a good commuter car out of it. It is more for performance, showing and for people who like being able to own a car that is meant to be modified.

Cons: I don't hate a lot about my car. The gas mileage is poor and it only runs on premium fuel, which is more expensive. It also doesn't come available in a 6-speed.

It's A Limited, It's A Wagon, What More Can I Say? — Performance - its got a turbo... 200 to the wheels, and quite torquey Build Quality - Subarus will last forever Appearance - sharp Cost of ownership - not cheap, but worth every cent. Fun Factor - I'd let you try, but its too much fun!

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The All Wheel Drive for winter driving.

Cons: gas mileage isnt the best.  avg around 25 mpg highway.

Ive Owned Two So Far. Two Big Thumbs Up. The Wrx Gets Better And More Reliable Every Year — Performance is above average. Ive never been stranded by this car. Styling is great, always gets the right kind of attention. Cost of ownership has been very low, no unexpected repairs or maintenance. The cabin is a little loud on the highway and over the years a couple rattles in the dash have developed, but with creative use of weather stripping the rattles can stop. All in all, this is such a fun car to drive. In fact, this is my second WRX that ive owned. the first was a 2003 with almost the same modifications. After i sold that one to buy a 2000 S4, i had to have my subaru back. Such a great car with an awesome community for help on NASIOC.com

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: quick, agile, good in all seasons even without snow tires, below average ownership costs

Cons: a few rattles here and there as they get older, noisy motor (its no german luxury car)

Fun Little Car That Can Give You An Adrenaline Rush As Well As Be Safe And Reliable — Only thing i hate about my car is that once you add more power... the transmission can't hold up... time to upgrade... Since mine is the WRX Limited it comes with heated leather seats, A/C, Sun roof, Power everything, 6 Disc in dash CD changer, and cruise. For a turbo car yeah gas is expensive( Premium) but it still gets around 25MPG even with my Mods i have done. Which are- Bigger intercooler, full catless racing exhaust, and the ECU has been tuned to run 18lbs of boost instead of stock 14lbs, it has flat black 17X8 O.Z. Racing Chrono H/T wheels, and a Seibon CWII carbon fiber hood

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fast, Fun, AWD= Amazing, and a tank in the snow

Cons: if you drive it stock theres no reason to avoid it, but thats no fun  :)
