The ML has all the features you really need without crossing into features that will break. The MLs are a great value since they will easily get to 300,000 miles. They are missing nothing major although a good upgrade is a backup camera. Easy comparison is a better on road G wagon, 4Runner and Wrangler, these have a better name off road but the ML will go 80% of the way these will off-road but will be far more comfortable in daily living on roads.

I Love This Car! — I was taking clients out and they had a fantastic new jeep. My partner said to them, nice car! They said, yes, but it doesn't touch yours... the look and perception of this Mercedes is very luxurious, they had just paid over $50,000 but they thought I had the superior car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Turns on a dime, easy to park and turn in tight spots!  Loaded with Deluxe features.  A dream to drive and so safe for driver and passengers.  Leather seats are so comfy, and heated seats are cosy!

Cons: Takes about $50 to fill it up but goes a long way. Will need new tires this year.

Ml500 - Great Vehicle — A great SUV. Of course fuel efficiency is not great. I feel very safe in this vehicle. Use it to go from FL to VT and the handling on the highway is great. We have actually taken it off road on some VT trails and it handles great.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: rough tough and elegant

Cons: expensive to operate
