This truck drives great. It has plenty of power for everyday work use. Its a common truck which means parts are readily available. Its not great on gas but its a truck so that is to be expected. I have had mine for about a month and Im very happy with it.

Not the truck itself But the dealership not updated that the vehicle was no longer available bye a week had already been sold But that I should come by because they have lots of other trucks Almost like the truck was left on this page as BAIT with is wrong exactly since theres covid 19 going on and people are changing the way they shop for vehicles

Overall Dependable And Comfortable Truck — Comfortable ride for a truck. Seats are comfortable. Extended cab not too cramped. We've owned our 05 for about 8 years. It's been very mechanically dependable, Infrequent trips to the shop, and those have not been expensive. We only have the 2 wheel drive, but it's very adequate for what we use it for (mainly brush hauling, or transporting cargo). Doesn't do bad in our Illinois snow.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Dependable truck. Comfortable ride

Cons: Tends to start to rust in wheel wells around year 10.  Typical GM bottoms on radio controls start to wear off after just a few years. O2 sensor issues common on this model.

Great — great gas miles for 4wd with tires n lift...24 on road. removed all the badges, and put painted/chrome handles all the way around, tinted the windows, head reast dvds for kids. would love a new one...but this is a keeper!

Pros: chews through mud!

Cons: nothing

Wont Buy Another One — basically has no balls to it above avg build exterior color is plain and interior is boring fuel mileage is decent for a truck truck is decent to drive, but only in dry conditions does it handle well.. in slick conditions it becomes a drifter

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: manual transmission

Cons: 4.3L V6 engine

A Member Of The Family — I teared up when I put a for sale sign on it recently. I love this truck. Before this one, I had a '97 regular cab Sierra. When I started having kids, we bought the extended cab and this truck has been a part of our family. We've taken it 120,000+ miles and I'm certain it has at least another 240,000 in it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Powerful, reliable, comfortable.

Cons: Had some trouble with the transfer case over the life of the vehicle.  No problems now.

That's It!!! — good pick-up but high on maintenance after only 106000 km but will still keep it for a long while!!want to get a body lift and raise the suspension and then add some mud tires and finally get a real box cover in fiberglass!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: the look

Cons: the maintenance (always fixing something)
