I have a 05 e150 with 4.6. It will run fine then start hesitating and running rough. The check engine light will blink and a wrench will come on the dash and it will not go at all. When I turn it off it will start back and all the lights will be off. It runs a little rough but still no engine lights on. I quit driving it to be safe. Any ideas what it could be? I changed all coils and plugs about 25,000 miles ago.
