I really liked them. Also, a chevy is better than a ford because the ford electrical system sucks not matter what year you get and any chevy before 2005 is a good quality vehicle. I would personally like a blue 2004 Chevy Avalanche. I think that this is a good quality vehicle.

One Truck That Does It All. — I bought this truck because I wanted a daily commuter that would turn into a weekend getaway. I don't tow, or carry loads other than my luggage, so I can't comment on the technical aspects most people would buy a truck for. Instead, I can say that I'm accustomed to Mercedes sedans, so transitioning to a big truck was a bit unnerving at first, but the Avalanche made it easy. It handles so well, you forget it's a big truck. Everything about the truck is luxury, from the driving computer, to the ample seating and headroom, to the suspension and steering. I would highly recommend an Avalanche to anyone who thinks they need an SUV, but really want a Truck. This is it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Reliable, reliable, reliable. As with any truck, if you take care of it, it takes care of you. In this case, I've been using this as my daily commuter and have never had any issues.

Gas mileage is great for a truck. I average about 20mpg between city and highway driving.

Suspension and steering is phenomenal. The turning radius is great, and it's very nimble in turns.

Cons: If anything, it can get too comfortable on long trips.

Great Runing And Driving Truck — I love the look of this truck it has always rand and drove great for me with no issues even with 177k miles on it, I really like the versatility of the crew cab that would fold down to create a full bed when hauling the only disadvantage was the short bed when having passengers

Pros: very versatile you have a four wheel drive suv wit a bed that can transform into a full length truck

Cons: cargo room is limited when having passengers and not able to put the bed down

2004 Chevy Avalanche 2500 — We use this as a commuter and in the winter it gets used as a plow truck as well. It is a very large vehicle and it feels like it to, especially when driving around town it feels like the large truck it is.

Pros: big and versatile, interior quality

Cons: fuel economy (but its a truck with an 8.1 litre V8)

Awesome — I really like this truck. It is great. You get a pickup and a SUV at the same time. Gas is crazy expense where I live. So that is the only downfall. When we go camping everything is in the back. It is totally covered whether rain or shine. I love the seat recall and the seat warmers. The tailgate light is super awesome also.

Pros: It is very spacious.

Cons: It is not good on gax.

Great Truck For A Great Price — This truck drives great it tows our ski boat with ease and it looks good too. I feel extremely safe driving the truck and it handles with ease. This is an all around great looking and fun vehicle to drive and own.

Pros: The avalanche is a roomy, sporty, and comfortable truck. It also has all the bells and whistles.

Cons: MPG is not the best

2004 Southern Comfort Edition Chevy Avalanche — I love this truck, very dependable and looks good!! This has been a very good vehicle and it has low mileage. This truck has had only one original owner and has been very well taken care of. Must see to appreciate.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Clean, well taken care of, only one owner.

Cons: None noted
