Why will the engine Crank but has no spark ?
What would cause this 4.2L to lose spark while I was just pulling plug wires one at a time searching for a weak cylinder. Now it'll crank over but no power in the 4 wire plug going into the coil pack. Used test light and not one wire is hot with ignition on or while cranking. I replaced the crank sensor, still no spark. Plugged in my OBD II , It'll scan the ABS system, but will not give any info on the DTCs . In fact it doesn't seem like the PCM is acknowledging the scanner
