Cons: You get a fifty, fifty, chance to get a good one, I didnt! This truck leaks, SOMETHING, all the time, I fix a leak, another starts! The engine, BALANCE SHAFT TIMING GEARS, chatter during acceleration, the #3 cylinder misfires under full throttle, the doors rattle and have wind noises SINCE IT WAS NEW! I have to replace the heater core, leaks, remember?!? The Drivers Side Outer Door Handle rattles. Pros: Great gas mileage, 31 MPG. Great power, when it doesnt miss! Ice cold A/C, I keep it maintained just like the rest of the truck! Great Handling, I have the Z08 Package, I love my Truck, it doesnt love me!

Power Ranked 2007 Toyota Prius worse.
"Two more cylinders and and three times the displacement! Four gears in a TRANSMISSION, the Prius doesnt have a transmission!"
Front Seats Ranked 2007 Toyota Prius better.
"Better Bolstering, no noises when you go over bumps!"
Value Ranked 2007 Toyota Prius better.
"Pros: Better seating, Better visibility, Better Fuel Economy, Better handling (Will make a u-Turn INSIDE the radius of the S10!) Better brakes. Easier to park, one short car! Holds a Higher Resale value. Con: Expensive to maintain and Average A/C!"
Would Buy Ranked 2007 Toyota Prius better.
"NO PROBLEMS with the Prius, some problems are inherent to the S10, IT CAME THAT WAY and they will not warranty them! They just say, Oh, thats normal! Well, I have been in S10s that had their, 4.3 V6, motor rebuilt, NO IT IS NOT!!"

Average Vehicle — This truck has served the purpose it was purchased for. You can haul a 4x8 sheet of plywood as I have on a couple different occasions with straps and the tie-off eyes in the bed. I have towed a 4x6 roll of hay a couple of times(they weigh between 1000 and 1500 lbs each) it done fine. I have had to replace the rear brakes twice in the 2 years I have owned it. replaced the radiator once and flushed the heater core 4 times. Today I will be replacing the front hub assemblies temperature permitting (I really dislike the cold HAHA). Overall other than gas mileage it has been a good vehicle for buying it used. 150,000 miles on it now it had 120,000 when I bought it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: handles great, easy to park, very responsive on take

Cons: gas mileage, maintenance

Overall:

Great 4x4 Midsize — Is an excellent truck for offroad. At high speeds, the tires are a bit noisy, but that's what the great sound system is for. Is better on gas than you would expect in 2WD. If going on a long 4x4 expedition be sure to have a full tank or bring some fuel.

Pros: Lots of Torque, Good Strong Engine.

Cons: GM Window Motors

Great Little 4x4 Extended Cab Truck — This truck is great. It gives you a lot of things that the bigger trucks do with the fuel mileage of a little truck. The 4x4 works great, you can haul things, pull a trailer and take more than two people with you. The great thing is you have a truck and you aren't having to pay a full size truck price.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Fuel mileage in a truck, 4x4, hauling, tow package, extended cab so you have a little more space than the regular cabs, runs and drives great!

Cons: Not a lot of space in the back seats.
