It Keeps Going And Going And Going...and Just As Fast Too! — WRX wagon is the most fun, practical, fast, great handling, everyday car Ive ever had..and its built like a tank! It sucks on gas, but I still love it...Im gonna drive it till it dies...Whenever that is! UPDATE: Subbie has ~200K miles on her. Battery just died and trying to figure out if its the battery or alt. Either way its a super simple fix and pretty cheap; new battery costs more than a used working alternator (so you can imagine about how cheap it it to fix). Since many parts are interchangeable between all models of Imprezas and throughout many years, finding parts is pretty easy. The most common issues are fairly easy to DYI. While the Subbie is down I decided that Im going to fix the small oil leak from the passenger-side valve cover; another do-it-yourself cheap fix (~$50 + 1-2 hours of your time).

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: WRX Wagon is a fast tank!  Bullet proof and fast!

Cons: Sucks gas like water...

Great Reliable Car. Drives Easy, Greate Handling And Power When You Need It. — This car has over 230K miles on it with relatively few repairs needed. Needs some TLC but still runs strong. All wheel drive and well tuned suspension give confidence in rough weather. Definitely recommend putting good tires on this car to get the most out of it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good mileage 27mpg combined.  Easy to drive, great in snow all weather conditions.

Cons: Maintenance costs a little higher with AWD...

2002 Bug Eye — Subaru's offer a great platform to work with. The All Wheel Drive gives excellent traction and handling. Unmatched reliability. (Lowest Cost of ownership of all major brands) The WRX and STi also really hold their value too. Its a car you can drive 100,000+ miles and they still bring $10K and up in good condition. The Boxer Rumble may be one of the sweetest sounding engines ever produced. Give it a listen on YouTube!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great value. Almost unlimited performance upgrades. Very dependable

Cons: Dated interior

Fun Car — There is absolutly nothing I dislike about this car. It is great on gas, fun to play around in ,fast and overall great car! I searched for years to find the buglight wrx and I would not trade it for anything.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: runs great, fun car to play in and race on the track. its one of my dream cars

Cons: not a lot of room for kids in the back sit

Best Japanese Wagon!!! — I like it so much because it is a wagon with 227 hp. Excellence handling with good gas mileage. This wagon style WRX always looks the best. Cant find another car like this good. The vehicle is made in Japan.

Pros: 227hp with good gas mileage and All Wheel Drive

Cons: Nothing!!!

An All In One, Fun Daily Driver — I appreciate how this vehicle blends reasonable performance with daily drivability and practicality in an effortless fashion. Fashion, or looks, on the other hand, is not this car's strong suit, but I like it better that way. The plain interior and exterior is very cut and dry, with no superfluous stuff that makes it feel cluttered. It is, through and through, a family-friendly rally car, and I love it.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Ample space for 4 or 5
Lots of cargo room
5-speed manual
Very good power, acceleration, braking and handling

Cons: Minor body damage all around
Fuel economy isn't that good for a small car
Over 188,000 miles

Fun Sporty Little Car — a fun all wheel drive car that has some getup and go. Nice looking, great space and awesome handling in the snow, or on mountain roads. However after due to the turbo and all-wheel drive the maintenance cost are higher than a normal 'commuter' car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a great car to drive. I love it

Cons: premium gas and lower gas mileage.

O2subie — Great Car...The transmission needed to be rebuild and he motor is still rock solid with no real performance mods done for power... It has great handling but it needs a 2.5L with the right turbo to make the power I want

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: The handling

Cons: 2nd transmission going on 3rd

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Perfect For Every Season, Everyday — The performance of a stock WRX could be improved in my opinion. Bigger turbo and tuned on lowered rated fuel would be great. This car barely costs me much for regular maintenance. I love the appearance of the "bug eye". Interior is great and even after 10 years of wear none of the seats are torn.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Style, performance, 5speed, awd.

Cons: The color white!
