Plug gap depends on make of spark plug my 1998 4.3 vortex is with ac deco is .60 Jan 27, 2022

The S-10 chassis came around in 1983, and included the s-10, GMC Sonoma, S-10 Blazer, GMC Jimmy, and Olds Bravada. It has sold millions of units since then, through several generations, until the last one rolled off the line in 2005. It is a successful chassis, and is fairly reliable, in later years equipped with the almost indestructible 4.3L v-6 and a decent 4-speed automatic. Above all else, do the maintenance at, or before the mileage indicated. Secondly, Definitely add a transmission cooler, and use the Dexron-6 synthetic fluid. I have had 4, between GMC and Chevrolet. Love them, and do all my own maint. and repairs. Sadly, its getting hard to find one in good / great shape and lower miles.Mar 01, 2021

decent for the price the only bad thing is the gas mileage but it hauls small trailers well and enough cargo space to pack it up and move with as far as performance its trust worthy but definitely isnt a power house May 28, 2012
