The transmission had issues shifting from lower gears into the over drive. The motor was solid I just couldn’t buy the vehicle knowing it needed some serious work done to the transmission.

Stroker — I picked up this old truck about 5 years ago for a damn good price. This old truck has so far never let me down. I've put about 100K miles on her and for an old truck she still shines up pretty good.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: For a truck that weighs 8300lbs she get really good fuel mileage, hell I get 15-18mpg in the city and 18-23mpg on the highway.  Also for having over 300K miles, she fires right up and runs like brand new.

Cons: The only con I have is the leather seats in the front.  The leather is wore slam out, and really needs to be redone/replaced.

Great Truck, Great Price — The gas mileage is a pain but with it being the V10 its to be expected. I piss people off at red lights cause I don't take off like a bat outta hell, but if you needed to its definitely there.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The truck rides like a boss and its a fun truck to drive. Even though it sits high my loves to drive it. If we wasn't about to move I would definitely keep it. I have a flowmaster muffler to throw on to make it sound a little meaner because its just stock right now.

Cons: The only thing the matter with this truck is the damage to the passenger side. but after driving and using the truck its really not bad not using that door. Even when I was putting my twin 3 year olds in the back.

Very Satisfied, Love This Truck — I prefer the style and design of the F-250 over any other truck. the v10 has plenty of power to do whatever i need it to do. the fuel mileage isnt very good, about 11 or 12, but i am still very pleased with this truck

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: plenty of interior space, nice ride, lots of power

Cons: low fuel mileage,

Pulls Anything And Is A Comfortable Truck To Drive — i love the reliability and size (trucks are cars if they aren't big) it just cruises on the highway but will hit 90 when your not paying attention and you can load it down with gravel and pull a bobcat and it still gets 17mpg it also gets 17mpg while coasting down a mountain with the engine off or in town or on the highway

Pros: starts everyday and goes and will pull a house

Cons: diesel is 4.19 a gallon and sounds like a sherman tank

The Working Mans Truck — its a good truck., i wouldn't purchase because im a Chevy guy, but overall its a good truck i dont mind driving i fords, there good as long as the maintenance is kept up. the f250 has deffinately proven that it can keep up with daily demand

Pros: Powerhouse, good 4x4 system and gears, hauling and towing are exceptional.

Cons: its a truck, so gas isnt the best, ford has its normal problems with its trucks, and the back seating isnt too roomy

Dependable Power — With my 40+ years of WORKING pickup's, I've found the Fords to always luv to work. Their gas mileage never varies under a load like some Chevy's and all Dodges. Regular up-keep prevents all 3 of them from disapointing you.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: This a powerful truck with a real user  friendly  interior.

Cons: He rides, drinks, and handels  like a true truck.
