This black box /type thing is in the empty space that was underneath my radio / cup holders and was empty as of the last time I talked a couple days ago to a week ago there's a big empty space now there's is lacking that strapped in almost all the way to the end of it... What is it and how did it get there?
I have a 1999 Chevy Express 3500 can. The last time I drove it, the van would take a while to catch the speed I was going. It would idle high but wouldn't accelerate much. When pressing gas, van would make a whistling sound. Now van will crank but won't start. Changed mass air flow, and entire distributor cap and rotor assembly. Could it be a fuel pump or possibly spark plugs and wires? Please help
