Surpassed My Expectations — I like the reliability and comfort of this car. The ride is very smooth and the power is always there when you need it. The gas mileage is good for a full size car. Leather did not last as long as expected for a Toyota.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Super reliable
Powerful
Comfortable

Cons: leather wore out

Good Car For The Money. — Toyota does a cheap car well no one can disagree with that . When a car can go over 350k miles and still be running strong I am very pleased. Really who wouldn't be? I run them til they die then when you send the to the junkyard you have gotten you moneys worth from them.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a cheap car

Cons: While made in America the profits do not stay in America.

Great Car! — Great everyday driver. Works well in town and highway driving. Handles fine on the snow. Power is lacking a little, but given it's a 4 cylinder, it does pretty good passing. Cruise control works really good. Holds the speed accurately. Would buy another Camry in the future.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Longevity, low maintenance, dependable...

Cons: Driver seat is uncomfortable, but the car has 167000 miles.

Great Smooth, Reliable, First Car — I like how smooth and reliable this car has been. For being a 15 year old car, it has decent acceleration with the 2.2 engine. The car is fun to drive since I know it won't randomly die on me.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Love the quiet ride

Cons: It's not the quickest car

The Epitome Of Reliability — Performance- The acceleration is painfully slow, braking is secure and slightly surprising in an emergency stop, handling is predictable and easy to control but rollie pollie. Cost- One of the cheapest cars ive ever known of to own. Has never had a single mechanical problem. Gas mileage is quite good (up to 30 combined)

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Indestructible, ALWAYS did what you asked of it, never had a hiccup

Cons: Barely mediocre power,

Love My Car — im making improvement s with the car since the purchase back in Feb 13, with the original radio and multi disc changer not up to par it was time to put in a aftermarket. Add dashboard and deck protection covers and tinted windows and the car will do well..replacing the rubber tracking for drivers side window and soon be time for the timing belt .I had purchased this from a dealer with 171000 miles and do not know the last time that was done. they did wheel alignment and recently to replaced the radiator. The sunroof is a bonus.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: it runs compared to my last car 90 Sable

Cons: hoping better mpg after shopping for a car for under the 3000.00 price tag hard to find cars in good condition with low miles with median mpg greater than 25

Reccomended For Daily Driver. Not A Sports Car, But It Can Be. — I like the appearance, specifically the front and back of the car. The back taillights are very original. The car is very reliable, low maintanence and handles very well. Huge trunk. V6 has enough power to keep me happy, not a sports car though. The front and rear seats are not made well. The front seats are not sturdy. Okay gas mileage. Not very fancy interior, however not bad either. Stock stereo is trash but very easy to upgrade. Easy access to most things to install upgrades, however the engine is a very tight fit with hard to reach places. Everything is computer controlled, which limits your ability as a mechanic to do any major changes, but that goes for almost all cars 1990 and newer. Overall, recommended for the daily driver, long or short distances. Not the most comfortable in distances over 3 hours. Very well made machine.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Very reliable, low maintanance vehicle. Safe care. I would trust it for a drive across country with it's current mileage of over 140k.

Cons: Backseat room could be more. A more stylish interior would be nice. Cheap plastic clips always break. Some areas are very hard to access, engine compartment is very close together. Stock shocks aren't the greatest. Oxygen Sensors in vehicle seem to be lemons for all Camry's around this year. Basic sound system.

Decent Family Car — This has been a fine car for my family. While I have driven it, it avoided all hazards in my path, provided reliable transportation for my family, and has been decent on gas. It isn't a pleasure car but it gets the job done well.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Smooth doesn't stand out

Cons: not amazing in snow, ok gas milage

Average "first Car" Vehicle — performance - accelerates slowly, brakes squeak, not the best suspension build quality - needed repairs to the engine, not the best suspension, brakes squeak apperance - exterior dents, paint chipping, one tinted window, interior wood paneling falling apart cost of ownership - gas mileage roughly 21 mpg, low maintenance fun factor - it is an ok car to drive

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the tassles from my high school graduation hanging from the rearview mirror, the Pride of Oklahoma decal on my back windshield, my radio, and my seat covers

Cons: brakes and suspension
