Clicking noise
I have a clicking noise coming from the dash, by were the radio is located. Sounds like a turn signal. Any idea what it might be?

I like the suv,the maintenance sucks, it drives really smooth,i love the
way it looks, it get pretty good gas mileage,lots of room and
compartments to store things,good sound system, overall its a pretty

performance - Excellent acceleration, good braking distance, excellent handling for a suv.
build quality - exceptional build quality, no mechanical or body problems
appearence - awesome, kind of a plum color, with matching tint on every window.
cost of ownership - pretty cheap to drive, excellent milage, kind of high insurance tho

Acceleration is a little slow. Love the handling. I feel safe in the car. I am upgrading to a 2001. Wish I could afford a 2009. Once a Mercedes driver always a mercedes driver. I LOVE my car. Buy it.Oct 12, 2009

Interior tended to fall apart. Great car but Mercedes could do way better. 6 cylinder engine was very powerful for its size but it got the same mileage as the 8 cylinder models. Bose stereo sounds incredible but the stock subwoofer causes dash and door panels to come apart even when turned down, even when brand new! This happened so often with the SUVs that the service guys at the dealership had to come up with ways on their own to keep the car together.Jul 21, 2008

It's starting to get old 10 years to be exact. however its a Benz so it should be around for a while. its actually quite good on gas for a heavy SUV, due to its 6 cylinder 3.2 litre engine. to update its out-dated looks my Benz has 20" staggered ruff racing black painted rims, with Toyo Proxes. It also has dual 12" P. Miller Bazooka subs powered by an inter-cooled 1500 watt amp. it has a 20 gig hard drive head unit, and to top off this beautiful black SUV is its 15 % tints. Oh! and it has every factory option including a special edition black opal paint. I recommend this car to anyone who can afford one! Jun 29, 2008

1998 ml 320 question?? I left the ml320 at the airport for 9 days. I openned the doors with the remote. Then I turned the key to find out that the car will not start. I jumped the car didn't work. I have head lights and radio. I check all the fuses in the fuse box, none of them was burned. The thing that have me thinking is that the remote will not reset. The four way flasers, windows, lock button, all are not working. Is thjere a relay in the box to check??
I have a 1998 ML320. I lefted the ml at the airport for 9 days. I came up to the ml and opened the doors and hatch with the remote. Then tried to start the ML it wouldn't turn over. Thinking the battery was dead I had the ML jump started. This didn't work. I check all the fuses in the box to find none was burn out. One thing that suprised me was the 4way flashers,windows,centrallock button all was not working. Is their a relay to ckeck??
