Suv — This was my wifes old GMC Jimmy. It was a V6 so it had moderate power and pretty good MPGs. It was a good looking truck with chrome wheels and a two tone black and grey paint job. It was a comfortable ride but it had some mechanical issues.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It was a sharp looking SUV.

    Cons: Not reliable.

Tired Of It After One Year Of Problems. — GMC Stock Security System malfunctions and leads the vehicle to believe its been tampered with cutting off all fuel supply. This happens on and off usually on somewhat warmer days after a rain. Also, the gas mileage is not the greatest.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Handles great, engine is fantastic, and spacious enough for my family.  Very comfortable, good in the snow for sure!

    Cons: Security System Malfunctions.

Awsome — It needs repairs, but they are minor. the vehical has treated me well over all. Plus it is my fave color, not that it matters as long as it runs properly. it has performed beyont my expectations for an older vehical.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

    Pros: dependable

Cons: known for front end issues, and breaking issues

I Love This Truck — I love this truck. Although it has caused me some issues in the past, (ok still is) I love the way it feels, and its just a good vehicle to drive. Iv never gotten stuck anywhere, i usualy help people out with it. Gas hurts though.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Not bad to work on, reliable, comfortable, and not to bad to look at.

Cons: Expensive on parts, gas, and insurance.

1998 Gmc Jimmy — Well i'm not so big on SUV's but hey its a car and i've driven it. It has a lot of room which is what you want in a big vehicle. This is a small vehicle for an SUV but I think thats actually a good thing. Decent performance. It can go and you never feel like a lack of power is overwhelming the vehicle which is the case with so many big vehicles with smaller engines. Handling in this thing is downright frightening, it feels like im driving on top of a giraffes head. This is one car I don't want to get sideways. I gotta say overall its a great car the one I drove has well over 200k miles on it and still running with only one major electrical issue.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Room, power, comfort, and longevity.

    Cons: Durability.

My Truck Is Okay. — i love my old truck its got a 4.3L V6, and a slight noise coming form the left rear wheel, and my 4 wheel drive is on the fritz and my battey keeps dying, but it's fun to drive and it sounds nice.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: nice power, good sound, comfortable, looks cool.

    Cons: not really that reliable.

My Jimmy — it's awesome it can go through almost anything. The only bad thing that i can think of is that it maxes out at 97. It does very well on gas mileage and has a small gas take. I love the 4-wheel drive especally when it rains or snows. I like the brown color because i don't have to wash it as much unless it rains or I park under a tree.

Pros: leather seats, sunroof, 4-wheel drive

    Cons: maxes out at 97!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
