It's A Porsche, The First Year Of The 968 With Removable Hard Top! — I Love my Baby. Very rare due to the sport package it has. Have not seen any on the road of the year with that package. Was my starter and now I have two more, well not to include the Porsche designed V-rod by Harley Davidson, which I have two of.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Handling

Cons: Power due to age, but still hauls %@#

16 Years Of Fun — Great car, fun to drive, Still in style and looks great. Porsche's power, handling and braking are a great package in the Boxster. An easy car to fall in love with and want to drive everywhere. Long trips are fun with loads of trunk space.

Pros: Looks, runs and handles great for a 16 year old car.  Two trunks make packing for trips a breeze.

Cons: Manual transmission.

I Would Love To Race This Car — I got this 1997 Boxster base model 2.5L for track fun and future race in the SpecBoxster race series. The acceleration, braking and handling are very good after the weight reduction. The mid-engine layout is excellent forthe high speed fun. Yeah! The Spec Boxster in PCA is called SPBOX, and in SCCA and NASA is called BSR.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Getting a used one is pretty cheap

Cons: None

It Could Be Worth The Money To Own And Drive If It Wasn,t Too High In Price For Classy Sports Car. — The handling in this ugly looking frog car is superb around bendy sharp corners because of its sharp under steering and it,s very grunty powerful engine that quickly rockets it from standing start in less than 10 seconds which places it amongst other elitie sports cars such as bmw,s Z3

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It has very powerful grunty engine that it is a very fast car to drive.

Cons: Unfortunetly it,s too high in price and was expensive to own because it was a sports car for upper class people

1997 Porsche Boxter — I drove this car as part of a contest about 10 years ago. I am by no means a Porsche fan and would choose a nicely tuned Subaru WRX Sti over this any day of the week, sleet or snow.

Pros: Flashy Look

Cons: Rather high horizon view from the drivers seat

The Engine Noise Is Awesome — A serious car to drive. It is not a fun car. My MG is more fun.

Pros: The performance

Cons: The cost of running it.

My First Real Car. Fantastic Cabrio. — After Supra, i bought this 'che. Everything was amazing in this car, except '80-look interior. Only modifications were 18" Eta-Beta wheels and -40mm H&R springs.

Pros: Handling in high speeds were awesome at dry conditions. Lowering so much was not a good idea.

Cons: Nothing really.

Fantastic handling car. Thight, quick, great steering. Enough power for southern California to not get in too much trouble. Im an Italian car driver mostly and I find it amazing but Ill never give up my Alfa Romeo Spider. Its nowhere near as fast but it drives sublimely for an old girl.
