500sl abs and asr lights on. Occasionally shuts down on ruff roads
On my 500sl, the abs and asr lights come on. Then it will occasionally shut off when braking over bumps.

300 sl fun to drive after front suspension upgrade, Too soft at the front as
standard. Reliable revy twin cam motor.Smooth transmission.Built to last.28 mpg
on a trip 18 around town.Classy convertable and looks like a coupe with the hard

usually not a big fan of mercs but this is by far the most stable/smooth/solid/speedy ride
ever... even though its early 90's model, still running this smoothly.... just imagine the newer

Hello, I am looking for a nice but cheap winter car for college. I found a 1992 Mercedes Benz 500 SL v8 Convertible. It is in very good cosmetic condition and has nothing wrong with it. It has been in a mechanics possesion it’s whole life and has 143,000 miles on it. Are there any known problems with these cars? I only ask because it is $3100 and that seems a bit cheap to me.
