The 1991 Ford F-150 continued to offer buyers a wide variety of trims and configurations. Trims available for the 91 Ford F150 were the XL, XLT, and XLT Lariat; configurations included extended-cab supercab and standard cab in 2-door and 4-door setups, and a choice between long-bed and short-bed models.

Once again, the 1991 Ford F150 dominated the US market. This rugged pickup had the reliability and versatility for a range of farm and ranch uses. The four-wheel-drive options, including automatic locking hubs, made it a favorite of off-road adventurers as well.

The 91 Ford F-150 is a solid, durable choice for project lovers, tuners, or anyone looking for a classic muscle truck. You'll find plenty of power under the hood, with fuel-injected engines ranging from a 4.9 liter, 150-horsepower straight-six to a 5.0 liter Windsor V-8 to an International Harvester Diesel V8 putting out 185 horsepower. All that power comes at a price, though; the 91 F150's gas mileage isn't anything to write home about, with an estimate of 17 mpg on the highway, 15 mpg in the city.

Not too bad of a truck. Has the 302 with a five speed. Needs A LOT of work but ive put enough in it to know that it will start and drive everyday. Its very ugly, its like 6 different trucks smashed together. Mechanically it needs front wheel bearings, front drive shaft u-joints, a damn radio, speedometer cable, exhaust manifold gaskets, and a bigger, supercharged motor.Jun 28, 2011

it is a good truck exept the transmission in it is shot but the interier in it is like new there is a little bit of rust on it and it has automatic 4x4 with a 4 speed automatic transmission and a 5.0L EFI v8 that runs vary good and it only has like 200,000 km on itMay 19, 2010

-pretty good acceleration, breaking rocks, handling is good. -Just you basic maintance and aftermarket speakers. -interior is mint and exterior is pretty nice with a little rust on wheel wells. -gas mileage sucks, maintenace is simple, -the truck is a blast to drive. its a fun 5 speed to beat on. and really good at pulling trailers.
