Fun Car To Own. — The beretta gtu was known to have better handling than BMW's back in the day. The gtu was a special edition beretta, but it didnt have the quad4 engine like the gtz, it only had a 2.8 v-6. When I drove it, which was not much, it was very fun to drive with its 5spd manual transmission. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: The car looked cool. Cons: I never drove it legally. ![]() Looking for a Used Beretta in your area?CarGurus has 6 nationwide Beretta listings and the tools to find you a great deal. |

This Is A Nice First Car For Anyone Looking To Buy Cheap. — This was a very fun car to drive, it had a 3.1liter engine swap, and it had some good torque as well. I bought all 4 rims for 100 bucks at a junkyard, and it never had any mods, just intake. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: It was enjoyable to drive. Cons: I could only go 105mph :( |

Good — I own a 6 cylinder and I love the speed that is gives me. Since it's an older version it did need some work done on the engine. The interior is great, it is a small car not meant to hold too many people. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: I love the size, it's perfect for me. Cons: the work on the car becuase of it's age |

1989 Chevrolet Beretta 2-door — This was my second car and I actually liked it. Acceleration was great. Braking and handling were awesome. This car looked good and had many different aftermarket parts to choose from. Stock rims were decent looking and much better than hubcaps that most cars came with. Electrical had a few problems, but nothing too bad. Got decent gas mileage and didn't require too much maintenance. It was a very fun car to drive. Pros: Looks, Performance, Quality Cons: Minor electrical problems |

Barretta Gt — I loved this car. 135hp V6 and a Getrag 5speed box. it was loaded and handled really well. Got great milage. Had fuel injection and the GT package. Traded it for a firebird which was nice too. A very fun car to drive and against the Mustang GT's of the time which were in the hands of inexperienced drivers, it held it's own. Pros: Fun and cheap Cons: None I remember |
