Good Enough For Me. — Ya it needs some work but hey i got it for free so im not complaining! I picked it up at the salvage yard with a bad 302. With the help of my awesome father i put a modified a 351w out of a '90 f-250 and dropped in her and found a 5 speed zf tranny out of a '92 f-250 to put behind it. Combined with the 3.08 diffs she'll creap in first gear at about 10mph and do about 90 in fifth. This thing is awesome!!! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: It's awesome!!! Cons: The famouse rust around the wheel wells. |

Fun But Expensive To Run. — Big, expensive to run, very solid. I only owned this for about 6 months, during that time I spend over $1000 fixing the steering. By that time I was broke and had to sell it. Luckily I still had my trusty Volvo. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: 351 V8 sounded awesome. Cons: Unless it has LPG you'll be spending over $120 a week on petrol. |

My Dream Truck Wouldnt Trade It For Any Thing — my favorate truck, it goes any were and in style. there gettin rare and every one looks when you cruse down the street with the top off. (i had a hottie in a H2 checkin me out) lol. only bad thing is the gas milage if you got a 3 speed, but its almost indistructable. but with a 302 and a AOD its not bad on gas for a 26 year old truck! I Love The Turning Radius And The Four Wheel Drive. Is Outstanding — I have driven a 1988 ford bronco II with an auto tranny and fuel injection. I now own a 1984 Ford Bronco II with a 2.8 V6 and a carbuerator. I have to say that the 84 is the best vehicle i have ever driven the four wheel drive is exquisite and the turning radius is outstanding. I have never driven such a versitile vehicle before. I can take it anywhere i want and never get stuck. It is an amazing vehicle and i love it. Owner for 3 years, 9 months Miles Driven per Year:15,000 |
