Dodge Ram Van B250 Brakes

My brother just got an 1983 Dodge Ram Van B250 off an older gentleman so it set for a while so when my husband drove it home the brakes were sticking so my husband cleaned them up and everything well after he cleaned them up he tried to bleed the brakes and he can not get them bleed for both you can pump them up and bleed them all you want and still no breaks and no peddle is there a trick to getting them bleed ? Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated thank.

Just put in a new starter in my 1983 Dodge Ram 250 Van, and still will not start. Battery is 100% charge, all wires have been checked and are good,relay switch and fuses good,even alternator good... STILL will not start.... any suggestions???

83 dodge b250 van. What is this part?

My charging system has an issue. Battery voltage does not increase when running. I thought it was the alternator but when I do a full field test it pushes out 30v to the middle pin of whatever this is. Any ideas. It’s definately not original.
