1983 BMW 6 SeriesReview
Smooth, Fast, Just Don't Expect Creature Comforts...state Of The Art For Its Time, Though — BMW, before they were hyper-concerned with the American market, built cars in a certain fashion, and to hell with everyone else. Thus, the e24 633csi has terrible gearing for takeoff, although it's a super highway car. The automatic transmission changes the character of this vehicle to that of a boulevard car, rather than something that can be tossed around. That being said, the 633csi is a lovely piece of Paul Braq's work.
Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
Pros: A lovely old car, great to be seen in and to just look at
Cons: beware the expense of upkeep
