Liked that it was reliable (even after the timing belt broke; nothing was damaged and a new belt had it back on the road). Didn't like the paint, lack of power, and the stigma of being a Pinto owner was hard to deal with as a kid.Jul 10, 2014

It is a great car for kicking around town. your not going to burn rubber off the light, but you will draw attention cruising around in it as people see it and relive a little of their youth. its a reliable car and the motors will live forever. maintenance is so easy under the hood the car is wide open (partially because of the tiny motor). great car. i would recommend to anybody. I drove my Pinto into the ground and when I was done with it the guy I sold it to put in a new camshaft and drove it for another 5-6 years. You just can't really kill a Pinto...they always come back...the original zombie!!!Oct 07, 2012
