The 1969 Corvette line included the 250,000 Corvette ever produced. It also included two cars that were perhaps not meant to be released to the public: two ZL1 machines with 427-ci engines. Each has since sold for over $200,000.
The non-ZL1 Corvettes were much improved over the 1968 car that received many complaints. The standard engine was a 350-ci V8 rated at 300 horsepower. rontro
What owners say
"The 1969 Chevrolet Corvette is highly esteemed among owners for its iconic looks and exhilarating performance. Many drivers rave about its powerful engines, with some boasting of smooth rides and impressive acceleration. However, a few mentioned the challenges of maintenance and the need for restorations. Overall, it's celebrated as a classic that turns heads and offers a thrilling driving experience."
1969 Corvette Coupe rides like a dream. I have an all stock, all origional 39 year old Corvette and everything is top notch. Rides surprisingly smooth, but don't get me wrong, it's not a sluggish old Caddy. This car is very loud, and accelerates like nothing i've ever felt. I'd reccomend one to any person seriously thinking about buying one, they are not only a blast all around but a huge, profitable investment.
January 28, 2008There are bad Corvettes, just some better than others. This one is Awesome.
December 21, 2007my childhood dream car-finally got it-completely original- needs a new paint job, but it still turns heads everywhere I take it. It is truly cash in the carport- rally sport pak with removable hard top convertible-soft top built in. What else can I say? She's bad to the bone!!!

November 30, 2009I love this car because its a coupe. It's fast and can get you were you want to go fast. It's 350 cubic inches makes sure that they are all there. It's Muncie M-20 transmission makes sure that the power gets to the pavement. Handles good but need to change the front brake seals because they leak from not using the car a lot. All around fun car.
May 18, 2009I really enjoy driving this car since I have had the seats totally rebuilt & recovered. It is quite peppy with a rebuilt 350 and handles great since the entire suspension has been re-done. It always generates interest when I take it to a cruise-in or just to the grocery store!
July 21, 2013Daytona Yellow with black soft top and black interior. Removable hard top in Daytona Yellow too. 350, Automatic, Posi. All stock and mostly original 2-owner CA car. Power Steering and brakes, Tilt and Telescoping wheel, AM FM Stereo. All correct.
October 19, 2009The Corvette is a classic icon. It attracts attention wherever it goes. This one is a small block which helps it handle pretty good due to less weight over the front wheels compared to the big block cars. It is fun to drive and has plenty of power to spare!
April 12, 2013These old vette's will smack you back in the seat and spin the meats right thru third gear if you hole shot them, & there's nothing like cubic inches & high compression to make you smile, the Muncie 4spd. Rock-Crusher trans will jolt your teeth in every gear, these were more of a straight line car but it does handle suprisingly well in the corners as long as you keep your foot in it, give it too much & it will swap ends on you in the blink of an eye so it's not a car that you want to let get out in front of you. If you get too complacent, you'll be buying body parts. but it a gas to drive.
December 22, 2011SWEET! this car is amazing with one of the best ears that chevy corvette has, the 1969 model has 505 hp nad it gets around 24 miles to the gallon there is no reason why not to drive this car
