I pop the hood and all i see is where the dipstick is located, i dont see where to add fluid??

Hello, I have a 2014 base RWD Chrysler 300. When I turn on the heater cold air comes out of the vents? Check for leaks there none. Enging temp is always normal....any suggestions?
