I Lost Spark, Coil Has Power, New Plugs And Wires, Any Ideas?

Just replaced fuel pump relay and now I have no spark. I have replaced plugs and wires and there is power to coil, but no coil spark. I tried different coil, it didn't help. Any ideas?
