This dealership had the best list price on a used Audi I had my eye on. Admittedly, they were the first dealer I contacted in the first month of looking. Salesman didn't negotiate more than $1000 off list price. It was still way over trade-in value or residual value for off lease vehicles. Fortunately, I waited and did more research. Found better deals looking at private parties as well.

Called on a Friday to see car on a Monday. Drive 30 plus miles to see the car. When I got there car was filthy inside and smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Salesman was embarrassed by the condition of the $18000 used vehicles condition. Promised to have it cleaned. Could not make a deal. Salesman sent me an email and I responded with my dissatisfaction of the whole process and they never retuned my call or email.
