Star Toyota Scion of Bayside

The dealer responded to my inquiry immediately. From there, my experience went downhill. I drove 30 miles to check out the car. Upon my arrival, there was some confusion as to whether it was sold or not. I had called just before they closed on Saturday and arrived one hour after they opened on Sunday. The car was still there and I looked it over. We returned to the showroom. I used the rest room and by the time I got back to the salesman, he informed me that the car had been sold the day before. He offered to show me other cars but I declined. To this day, 2 weeks later, the car is still listed. I would not buy a car from them under any circumstances, at any price. I believe this car is used to lure potential buyers to their lot because of all the facts listed above and because it is listed well below the going price at other dealers.

Used dealer experience was terrible. Called to get information on a 2009 VW Golf, with 40k miles. Told them I was coming from far away, and asked the condition of the car as compared to brand new, the salesman told me it was a clean car. The car was no where near the condition they had described it in. besides the significant body damage, the car was extremely dirty. As if they were not planning on selling it any time soon. Then the salesman tried to sell me on a scion with doubble the miles and $2k more than the VW i was looking at. Overall bad experience with this dealer

not honest

Potos look good. They called to follow up. Went to look at car. Dealer assured me the car was clean but forgot to tell about chips dents dings & rust. Interior was not much better. They lowered the price car still not worth it. Watch out consumers.
