2004 Nissan 350Z Performance Reviews
| “Awesome” I have never driven a car before or since that i actually looked forward to driving each morning. Not very good on building sites and not practical for wife and kids - but who cares.....Awesome in every department. Clarkson didn't like it, Vicki did - you pays your money, you make your choice. I for one am a massive fan and can't wait for family to grwo so i can get back behind the wheel of this car again
Pros —
Awesome
Cons —
None

| “Quick But Not A Lot Of Presence” Dad had one for just over a year and drove it quite a few times, lots of plastic interior but nicely styled and everything in the right place. Sweet engine but traction control is way too sensitive and likes to take over all the time
Pros —
Bullet proof engine, 3.5 litre V6 and sounds lovely. Grip in corners (but that's down to the TC) Can get the tail out when TC is off very easily. Well built.
Cons —
Suspension not stiff enough, steering wheel angle not adjustable and you feel like you are driving an arcade game. Tiptronic version gear changes not quick enough

| “Worth Owning” Great fun, poor dealer service and some niggling faults, turned heads, interior dull but comfortable.
Pros —
Price, reliability, performance, looks
Cons —
Dealer service, brand, 2 seats
Great Deals

Cons —
Heavy

| “N/a Engine, Fr Layout. Ton Of Torque.”
All 350Zs come with a 3.5-liter V6 engine driving the rear wheels. For this type of car, the V6 is just about perfect. It revs easily, develops plenty of power and is reasonably fuel-efficient.
Pros —
Perfect engine for this car.
Cons —
Need pay more money to buy track package with Brembo brakes.

| “Performance Car Bargain” Great looks, excellent performance and entertaining handling. Also, in the UK they kept it exclusive so it looked different amongst the hordes of BMWs and TTs. Mine had 19" Nismo rims as well, which made it look even nicer.
Pros —
9/10s of the the ability of a Caymen, for 2/3 of the money.
Cons —
Interior quality not the best and the boot is a waste of time.
