it was my mom's silver cts. it was our first luxury car after a ford tarus. had a spoiler, coustom wheels & grille and we got it from her boyfriend. i thought it looked too ultra modern and the colors bland(silver on black!) the only repairs needed were for dings and scratches. it was fun, but the engine size and car looks, it coulda been louder.

Get the 3.6L engine as the 2.8L is adequate but hardly breathtaking in acceleration. But the ride, handling, and overall comfort are exceptional in all 3 categories. Very few sedans manage to offer an optimal blend of those 3 characteristics. The engine is a bit noisy for my tastes, but the 3.6L should be quieter.

Ride, Handling, Seat Comfort, Amenities
Cons:
Weak base sound system, some interior materials not up to par.

Quick, Competent, Well Designed. Would certainly be better with the V8.

It gives you the luxury of German cars with half the price
Pros:
Extremely nice design inside out. High performance. Luxurious. Comfortable.
Cons:
Unavailability of original accessories.
I had to buy and ship the CTS-V series grille from the states. |
