CarGurus' 2002 BMW 530 Review
BMW freshened up the appearance of all it's five series cars with the 2002 model year, including the popular 530. The company also dumped its Sport Premium and Convenience packages while making an in-dash CD player standard. The engine remained the familiar, 3.0-liter inline-six.
With a 111.4 inch wheel base and an overall length of 188 inches, the 530 falls somewhere in the nether region between "full size" and "mid-size" sedan (by comparison, the similarly classed Mercedes Benz E-Class sedan is slightly longer and the Lexus LS 430 is nearly nine inches longer than the 530).
