How do I replace a head gasket on my 2003 Saturn Vue?

We already took off the intake manifold but don't know how to remove the
rest of the head.

You really need a repair manual but the basics are to remove the cam cover and remove the cam chain and then loosen the head bolts. I would recommend you leave this to a pro since you don't seem to have any mechanical experience.
