we have a 2004 Saturn Vue that will not start. I hook up a battery charger to it and it says the battery is charged to 95% but when you turn the ignition switch the lights dim and it is as if the battery has a low charge. Any thoughts were we can start?

The car died in a parking lot a couple of days back. The car would crank but not run. Once it did run but then died immediately. After that we used a tow dolly and brought it home. At home we noticed that the battery seemed dead so we charged the battery and noticed that it was charged to 95%. As soon as we turn the key on the ignition - the interior lights go very dim as if there is not power in the battery

We changed out the battery because it the power level kept going from 12.2 to 1 to 5 back to 12.2 .. So we figured it was a bad cell or something .... now we are focusing on the Ignition Module ... I will start a new thread with that one.

the battery light came on car was running but lights went out . Checked the battery fuild it was low. add water..not sure if i should have and had someone jump start it and everything ran for a few min and lights. I have a Saturn Manual 2007 Vue. In the AM clutch pedal flops to floor and cant shift until I turn car off ...put it into gear and pump clutch alot to get air going through. Then I can drive but stick feels stiff. I was told transmission had to be removed to get to the slave cylinder to fix. Over 1000.00 Can I try bleeding the system to see if there is a way I can avoid this cost?? Car has 170, 000 miles and I bought it 6 months ago. 14 Answers

Can it be something other than the Slave Cylinder? No visible leaking or drop in brake/clutch fluid. But a swollen cap on clutch resevoir and fluid is dark.
