Two different 2.3 motors for 3rd generation Ford Ranger?

Question type: Car Customization

I blew my original motor (2.3l) in my 1995 Ford Ranger and bought a new/used
motor from a 1993 Ford Ranger (also a 2.3l). I noticed very little differences
between the two motors that I was able to get past. The main question is,
does anybody know if I have any real trouble with this swap?

That would depend on what the differences are. If you can swap accessories and brackets it may go easier.

Well that’s what I’ve been doing, the intake manifolds both boot up perfectly but they have subtle differences which is fine. They both seem to have different sensors going behind the crank pulley though, can they be swapped?
