Oil leaking

I have a saturn ion 2006 that i am having to
put oil in out every day. When i crawl
underneath it it looks like it's leaking from
the tranny pan. Would it just need a gasket
on the tranny pan?

So i have a saturn ion2. My car has never given me any problems i did an oil change in August and that was it. When i bought the vehicle the previous owner said he had to fix a connected to the engine he didn't tell me where exactly where. So moving forward. My car ends up breaking down on me a few weeks ago. I come to find out on my own that the hose he fix has something to do with the oil. When my bf poured in oil into the engine all of th 5 bottles just spilled out. So my question is will i need a new engine or will i have to just replace that hose.

    Leaking oil - oil plug is fine. I did not use any sealant around the gasket when replacing the engine cover, nor did I do anything where the cover goes over the crank shaft. What should I have done?
