Lexus 2010 ES-350 the right rear door actuator cable is broken the door is closed so I can't open it the replace the actuator. Any ideas on how to open the door? Key FOB, electric, manual no go

had to use a hole saw and cut a 2" hole in the inner door panel and pull the cables to open the door. Save the cut panel hole, glued a piece of thin flexable plastic on the backside, replaced the hole. acceptable appearance. cheaper than another door panel.
