How to change fuel supply line

Do you feed the line in or remove engine?

I never received an answer on whether to remove engine or not. But What I did do is just cut and replaced what was needed through Pirtek. This is a company that repairs andor replaces all kinds of lines such as fuel, hydraulic, A/C etc.... cost was very affordable and stable.
