Accounting for major services in cost guidance

I'm overpriced on my 21 y/o Boxster S.  No accounting for expensive upgrades,
major services (done - yes or no) and new critical parts (clutch, brakes, etc)
so.... how do you account for these?  I'm buried in the back but still a deal.

Replacement parts do not add value as this is expected maintenance. Modifications can reduce value or at most add 50 cents on the dollar if they are professionally done and are real improvements not just random cosmetic changes. Wheels don't add much if any value as the car already had wheels and stock wheels are usually more costly than aftermarket.
