Boxster s with 83,000 miles. now the check engine light is on. the code says
timing chain and lower cam issues . i was told that a standerd proceedure
these two items should have been inspected during the ims replacement and
the new work should be warented is this correct

1 Answer

Read the paperwork from the garage that did the work. Warranties would not cover work not done, just what was done. What is the code?
