Is it a V8? Ok out of the problems I had with my ignition it could be a bad Coil, a Bad Ignition Control Module or a Bad Opti Spark...let me know more symptoms and more specs on your car..

On the coil packs one sparks blue and the others spark yellow, I'm thinking it might be the thing the coil packs sit on. I'm not for sure
