I have 2000 pontiac firebird convertable when it rains water ends up under my passager side back seat, help.

Could be a number of things, anything from windows out of adjustment to bad seals around the top or back window area. Cheapest solution may be to buy a car cover and use it when it rains. Otherwise, consult a shop that replaces convertible tops. They may be able to give you some info on likely locations of the leak for that model.

It is most likely leaking rainwater through the junction of the windshield weatherstripping and the window top weatherstripping right where they meet. Try adjusting their position (especially the window seal).
