where can i get step by step instructions for replacing the blower motor on my 2005 bonneville gxp?

Your best bet would be to go to your local auto store and pick up a Haynes repair manual for your make and year. Try looking on Youtube first. It is not very hard to do. Usually it's about 3 or 4 screws and unhooking the plug. Blower motor is usually located on the passenger side, up the kick panel under the glove box.
