Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After crank the first time from cold runs great till
warms up then dies every time you put it in gear.
With sometimes crank back but dies everytime you

The van will start, run and drive but after it warms up it will start acting like it's running out of gas if you are driving or it is in gear. It will restart sometimes but takes a whole turning it over or wait about 20-30 minutes and it will start soon as you turn the key. I had a mechanic tell me I needed, new wires, plugs, distributor and cap. I replaced all of it and same thing, replaced catalyst converter and same thing. Anyone know what it might be????
