1996 e150 5.8L FI - Fuel Pump Replaced, Still Problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Van would start when cold, but would not start after warming up until it sits
for a while to cool off. The fuel pump was diagnosed as below pressure
range so I replaced it.

Still have the same problem.  I know there are other components such as
fuel regulator, maybe switches, etc, but I know nothing about them.  

If it had a carburetor, I would describe it as similar to vapor lock.
Any ideas?  Please and thank you.

You need to narrow down the problem by checking fuel pressure and spark when this happens otherwise you'll be guessing

Usually with a temperature related ignition problem you will see cracks in the crank position sensor on older vehicles start when cold not when hot good luck
