I have a 96 ford ecoline 150, when i turn the key it clicks once then nothing, no turn over or anything.... it starts fine other times.... any ideas???

the battery was just replaced, its only when its wet out or cold it seems.... will fire up fine
one time, then nothing the next. just one click and nothing.

Clean and tighten all battery connections. Also clean and tighten the negative connection on the frame and motor.

Had same problem, it was the starter. It was an intermittent problem, pulled starter 1st time and it tested fine, so I changed battery as it was i bit weak. Cranked fine then stopped, so I contacted positive battery post direct to starter cable, nothing but a big spark. Pulled starter again and it tested bad.
