Fuel pump not getting enough power

I have a 96 ford probe 2.0 i replaced the fuel pump, new
fuel lines, and new filter.. The pump kicks on and pushs gas
to the filter but its like it doesnt have enough power to push
all the way to fuel rail?

It sounds like there could be a leak somewhere, maybe not a huge one,but maybe just enough for the system to build pressure.

Kick the pump on and measure the voltage at the pump. If the voltage is near battery voltage then the wiring is okay and the pump is worn out.
