trying to roll back up. It's stuck down right now . Is
the motor blown?

Probably not, but what usually happens is there is a little plastic gear on the end of the motor and one tooth breaks off. It then begins to click, but works. When two break, it just spins and continues to click. Happened to my '96. And to save you a little time, no I couldn't locate the little two cent gear, had to purchase the entire motor.
